With a strong foundation in exercise science and women’s health, Laura specializes in corrective exercise, post-PT rehabilitation, postural alignment, and functional training. Laura also works extensively with special populations—including older adults, individuals with medical conditions or disabilities, and women navigating hormonal imbalances. Her holistic approach combines strength training, sustainable weight loss strategies, and nutrition coaching to help clients build strength, reduce pain, and feel confident in their bodies.
